My girlfriend and I wandered into this place for lunch while visiting this part of this region. Grace and Federico treated us with such warmth and hospitality. We enjoyed dish after dish of traditional local foods and wine. We will never forget the meal that we ate at Trattoria La Valle!!

An Expected Surprise! The food was a great mix of simplicity and hidden complexity, mostly based on genuine ingredients from local suppliers. The service was impeccable, and the description of each dish was clear, detailed, and never boring. The taste reminded me of my grandmother’s cooking, yet with the touch of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The location is well cared for, with beautiful views over two picturesque valleys. I’ll definitely come back.

The best meal of the year. I was not expecting to be blown away by this amazing restaurant. We were staying at a horrible hotel near by and have basically given up on the area. We went to the nearest restaurant in our sweat pants thinking it would be another local dive. We were shocked at how nice the interior was. Then the complimentary focaccia bread came out and my jaw dropped. It was the best bread I’ve ever tasted. Crunchy and airy and moist. I then realized this might not be your average Parma restaurant. The tortellini in broth might be one of the best things I have ever eaten. Every single dish was amazing, some dishes are the best I’ve ever had. This restaurant should have a Michelin start right now and I’m sure it will soon. If this chef wanted to open a restaurant in Rome I’d back him financially. Truly tremendous. If you are in the area you must go.

If you live around the area, do not miss this place and visit it as much as you can. If you are visiting Fidenza or Parma, this place is totally worth a detour. You will eat well when you come to La Valle. Staff are friendly, the whole vibe was relaxing. Not too crowded even for a full night. The food is AMAZING! I was told by one of the staff that the chef used to work as a sous chef in Frantzen which has 3 michelin stars. This place does not have any star yet but I will tell you that with a little polish, they will be able to get it in no time. Every single dish that was served to us were phenomenal! My personal favorite was the pasta with mushroom broth! Even without the gold leaf, it was the best broth I have tasted in my life. My only concern was that the meat was served 39 minutes after the pasta. But when it was served, oh my! That meat was worth the wait! I suggest booking a table early, the service becomes slow as the night progresses but this is still a place worth coming back to! I hope they get a Michelin star very soon. Lastly, I was able to book through Google chat function of Google maps. But I believe it will be better if they have a website for booking tables.

An excellent restaurant with kind staff and delicious food. The uovo starter, cavatelli primi and the special Argentinian cut of beef were magnificent. Everything was top notch. Highly recommend.
